Service Work

CodeOrbit provides custom digital services. Once discovery, planning, design, development, SEO, campaign setup, consulting, or implementation work has started, fees are generally non-refundable for the completed portion of work.

Eligible Refunds

A partial refund may be considered when a prepaid milestone has not started and no third-party costs, software fees, domain purchases, ad spend, or production work have been committed for that milestone.

Non-Refundable Items

Discovery sessions, audits, strategy work, design drafts, development hours, SEO setup, content work, subscriptions, paid tools, domain and hosting costs, gateway fees, and advertising spend are not refundable once used or delivered.

To request a review, email contact@codeorbit.cloud with your project name, payment details, reason, and requested resolution.
